James Ferguson II joins race for 10th District Milwaukee County Supervisor

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A candidate has joined the race for the Milwaukee County’s 10th District Supervisor.

James Ferguson II says he is running on a platform that “increases support and services for those most affected by the pandemic, invests in education and workforce training to ensure residents are prepared for the new post COVID-19 economy and expands access to mental health and family wellness services.”

The position was previously held by Supreme Moore Omokunde, who was sworn into the Wisconsin State Assembly on Tuesday, January 5.

Ferguson plans to officially announce his candidacy on Monday, January 11 at Casablanca restaurant in Milwaukee.
