WATERFORD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One of the largest garage sales of its kind in our area is having its last hoorah starting Thursday. Hippie Tom has decided to hang it up after this weekend’s run. For years, people have come from all over, both in the spring and fall, to get their hands on whatever cool findings they can at Serendipity Farm in Waterford. But Hippie Tom says even though this is the end of his semi annual events, this collector once featured on “American Pickers” says he isn’t totally going away. He tells me he'll try to do "pop up" sales from time to time. He wants everyone to stay in touch with him through his Facebook page.
Hippie Tom’s last five-day sale runs Thursday through Columbus Day on Monday. It goes from 9 until 4 each day. The farm is at 64-04 Marsh Road in Waterford.
