WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Fans of Iron Mike Curkov helped raise $565 for the Wisconsin Humane Society at Great Lakes Championship Wrestling's Blizzard Brawl 2022 in Waukesha over the weekend.
Fans purchased Iron Mike t-shirts from Hansen Screen Printing with all proceeds going to the Wisconsin Humane Society. They also 'bought' Iron Mike photos and autographs for any donation to the organization.

Blizzard Brawl, which features pro wrestlers from GLCW, Ohio Valley Wrestling, and several other promotions, including some stars from the Monday Night War/Attitude Era (Late 90s-Early 2000s) of pro wrestling, was a great success for Iron Mike in the ring as well.
Curkov faced long-time nemesis, Kevin Thorn, this time as Thorn's character Mordecai. Curkov got the pin and the win after AEW star and former DX member, Billy Gunn ran in and saved the day as the Express (Ryan Kross and Dr. Jeff Luxon) were attacking Curkov while the ref was down.
