(MILWAUKEE) – Matt Glowacki has always had to find different ways to move through life. Even though the Madison native was born without legs, he’s never let his different abilities hold him back. On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Shirley Descorbeth caught up with the former Paralympian, author and civility speaker who recently brought his message to the Milwaukee Center for Independence.
