(MARYVALE, AZ) - The Milwaukee Brewers held a ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony at the team’s Spring Training complex, Brewers Fields of Phoenix ahead of the first games in Cactus League action. The ceremony included a special dedication of the new home plate plaza.
Construction for Brewers Fields of Phoenix began in March 2018. The complex includes a new stand-alone, two-story building which will house new locker rooms, training spaces and offices. There’s also a new flagship retail store and a new primary ticket office at the new home plate gate.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning Kevin Holden took viewers along on a tour of the new facility that represents a new era for the Crew.
