Inside Look: New 7SEVENTY7 luxury apartments in downtown Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee’s newest luxury apartment tower was on display Monday.

The 34-story 7SEVENTY7 Apartments is being built by Northwestern Mutual. The amenities include an outdoor saltwater cocktail pool and terrace, dog run, fitness center, and views of downtown.

“It’s an amazing extension of everyone’s apartment homes. Our outdoor deck has five grilling stations, we have an outdoor saltwater pool,” said property manager Lauren Schramka. “Just bringing a level of sophisticated luxury to Milwaukee. We’re excited to bring a new living experience.

Even though the tower is about 10% occupied some minor work must still be done before the project is finished by the middle of next month.
