Innocent motorist struck during police chase near 84th and Hampton

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An innocent motorist was struck during a police pursuit early Tuesday, Dec. 24.
According to Milwaukee police, just after 2 a.m., officers attempted to stop a vehicle near Cesar Chavez and Pierce Streets for disregarding multiple stop signs.
Officials say the driver did not stop and a pursuit began.
Authorities say the chase ended when the suspect crashed into another vehicle near 84th and Hampton.
The innocent motorist suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The driver and one passenger in the fleeing vehicle were taken into custody.
