Infant and Young Child Injured in Early Morning Accident

An infant and a young child are among the five people injured in a car accident this morning at S 6th Street and W Holt Avenue.  The Milwaukee Fire Department was called to the accident around 6:50 AM.  The injured needed to be extricated from the vehicle.  The infant and child were taken to Children’s Hospital and the three adults were taken to Froedtert Hospital for treatment of their injuries, the extent of which are not known.   The circumstances surrounding the accident are not available at this time.
