Inaugural ‘Milwaukee Math Week’ challenge gets underway

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The inaugural ‘Milwaukee Math Week’ is getting underway Monday, December 14.

Rockwell Automation, the MIND Research Institute and Milwaukee Public Schools are working together to host the math week challenge.

Students are being challenged to invest 100,000 minutes in math learning over five days.

A website has been set up for families and students to play games and download game pieces. They are designed for kindergarten through fifth grade in English and Spanish.
