MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A new home delivery service is getting underway on Monday in Milwaukee
“Imperfect Produce” will deliver fruits and vegetables to homes across the area at discounted rates. The produce is generally 30-50 percent below grocery store prices, according to the company.
The company says one in five fruits and vegetables grown in the U.S. don’t meet some grocery store standards. Imperfect Produce wanted to prevent the goods from going to waste. More information on the company and delivery service can be found on the Imperfect Produce website.
