Illinois man arrested for OWI in Wisconsin with full beer cans in car

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 40-year-old man from Gurnee was arrested in Wisconsin by the State Patrol on I-94 south in the on ramp from County Highway C. 

The car failed to stop for a stop sign and when the trooper made contact they noticed it spelled like alcohol.

Several beer cans, both empty and full, were located in the car along with drug paraphernalia. The driver was taken to the hospital for a legal blood draw and then to the Kenosha County Jail without incident.
