Hundreds take part in United Way's Intern Day of Action

MILWAUKEE -- Hundreds of college students are taking action to help make an impact for others. The United Way of Greater Milwaukee's Intern Day of Action gives college interns and seasonal staffers a chance to participate in local volunteer projects like building wheeelchair planters at the Curative Rehab Center in Milwaukee.

The students were everywhere from Milwaukee to Oconomowoc taking part in activities like building gardens, reading to children, and participating in summer programs.
