MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One of Milwaukee's biggest and most colorful celebration took place Sunday, June 7. 

Walker's Point was filled with color and joy as Milwaukee's annual Pride Parade! 

This is in celebration of Milwaukee's LGBTQ+ community and this year's theme was "Together, We Are Pride." 

The parade dates back to 2005, with a long list of sponsors and supporters. 

Local leaders from the common council, like Peter Burgelis and Jocasta Zamarrippa were there along with State Representative Gwen Moore was also part of the parade! 

This event capped a weekend of pride celebrations. 

Pride Fest Milwaukee, a separate event, completed its three-day run Saturday.
