MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin ranks third in the nation for potato production, and with one of the biggest snacking events right around the corner in the Super Bowl, there are few better opportunities to discuss creative, delicious ways to snack on Wisconsin potatoes.
Taylor Schaefer, Wisconsin's 75th Alice in Dairyland, joined us on Friday, Jan. 27 to showcase a dish that sounds just as delectable as it looks: Baked Potato Nachos.
The complete recipe for this dish can be found by clicking here.
