How do you keep your Cream Puff from melting?

WI Bakers Association is making cream puffs at the State Fair this year.

With the hot weather the Bakers Association has created an option to carry cream puffs to the car without them melting.

For the first time this year they have a tote bag that is insulated and will hold twelve puffs.

For $10 you can purchase them in blue and red.

There are 5,000 for the fair.

The tote bag is not guaranteed to keep them cold, but they will keep them cool.

400,000 cream puffs were sold last year.
