House Market Growing Competitive

Potential buyers are more willing these days to spend an average of $38,000 beyond their budget in order to get the home they want.
This is according to a survey by owners.com.
According to the National Association of Realtors, houses were on the market for an average of 50 days in January. This is down from nearly 70 days on the market two years ago.
