Home in Racine Struck Multiple Times by Gunfire

A home in Racine was struck multiple times by gunfire in the 1800 Block of Franklin Street on Monday night, according to Racine Police Department.

When officers arrived on the scene around 11:40 PM there were no injuries reported by occupants.

However, officers were advised while processing the scene that a 19-year-old victim had arrived at Wheaton Franciscan Medical Center with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was stabilized at Wheaton, and transported to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.

Racine Police are interested in additional information that anyone may have to this crime.
