Ho-Chunk Votes to Legalize Marijuana

The Ho-Chunk tribe here in Wisconsin has voted in favor of legalizing marijuana on tribal lands.

63 percent voted for the resolution, which is not binding. A tribe spokesman told our CBS affiliate in Madison that a lot of serious discussion and research needs to be done before marijuana comes close to being sold on their lands here in the state.

Just last month, the Menominee Tribe voted to both legalize and sell marijuana on their reservation.
