First responders took 22-year-old Keith Davis to the hospital with gunshot wounds where he died.

“We’re all hurt. Hurt is an understatement,” said Crystal Davis, an aunt of Keith Davis. “I’m still in shock.”

Crystal Davis spoke to a CBS 58 reporter on a video call from Houston. Davis said her nephew loved to play football and make his family happy.

“I have three boys, my sister has three boys, and they’re super close,” Davis said. “They took away a good guy. A loyal guy. If you were around Keith, you were laughing.”
