MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Hip-Hop week job fair brought opportunities to job seekers at Ascension St. Joseph on Thursday, Aug. 24.
The city of Milwaukee's office of Workforce Development and the hospital worked together to bring more than 40 employers together.
Job seekers could talk to people in different industries, such as construction, manufacturing, and financial services.
Organizers say it's important to bring these opportunities to people right where they live.
