DE PERE - The days of messy dissections in science class could be a thing of the past. Students at West De Pere High School are using 3D technology to do a different kind of dissection for looking closely at human anatomy and it provided inspiration.
"This has honestly really fueled a different desire to go into the medical field, just think about it more because at first, I was like I'm not sure, human body is cool and all but seeing it more and getting more of a first-hand look, it just really helps," said student Dane Federman.
The 3D dissection device came to the school at the beginning of the year thanks to a partnership with the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
