Heavy rain causes flooding in La Crosse

LA CROSSE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Heavy rains made for some headaches for those throughout La Crosse Tuesday morning, July 27.
Temporary street flooding throughout the city caused water to pool onto roads. Residents also experienced flooding in their yards.
Some cars were stalled after attempting to drive through high water.
Do not drive through water if you cannot tell how deep it is.
