Hartland Police Searching for Missing Teenager

Hartland Police Department is looking for a missing juvenile. 

On Monday, July 18, 2016, the Hartland Police Department took a report of a missing/runaway juvenile.  

Seth Rice, 16-years-old, left home on Monday from his residence in Hartland and has not been in contact with his parents since then. 

Seth was last seen wearing a light colored tee shirt and tan shorts, and possibly has a backpack with him.  Seth may have tried changing his appearance by cutting or dying his hair. 

Seth was last known to be riding a bicycle and made mention of possibly going to Milwaukee.
