Hartford Union High School evacuated after bomb threat

The Hartford Union High School was evacuated around 11:45 a.m. after a note indicating a bomb in the building was discovered.

The Hartford Police Department along with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department's bomb squad responded.

After completing their check, the "all clear" was issued at approximately 3:00 p.m.

No explosive devices were located in the school.

No students or staff members were injured in the incident.

Regularly scheduled classes will resume at their normal time on May 11th.

The investigation remains ongoing.
