Harley Rally begins in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE-The Harley Rally began Thursday at the museum that featured the six new models of motorcycle for 2015.


Enthusiasts and the curious were encouraged to take a good look and then travel to the Pilgrim Road facility Friday or Saturday to sign up for a test ride.


Those wishing to do a test run for the new models must have a valid motorcycle license.


Later in the evening the first of many block parties began near 60th and Layton.


As a rock band played, folks looked through leathers and checked out the different motorcycles that had been put out on display.


\"This is the new ultra glide limited low ride.\" Paul James of Harley-Davidson was quick to point out . \"It's got a lower seat and it's got pulled back handle bars. It's really for the short rider.


First activities on Friday include a Ladies Day, Group Ride from the House to the Harley-Davidson Museum at 8:30 am.
