Habitat for Humanity planning to rehabilitate 100 homes in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)  -- Habitat for Humanity is breaking ground on its largest project in Milwaukee.

Habitat plans on building, rehabbing, and repairing 100 homes in the Midtown neighborhood. They say this will give the neighborhood the highest concentration of affordable single-family homes built in Milwaukee since WWII.

The goal is to have all houses completed over the next three years.

Habitat for Humanity has served more than 1,000 families in the Milwaukee area in the past 32 years.
