Growing Power's President dies

Growing Power's President Welford Sanders died over the weekend.

Welford had been involved with Growing Power since practically the beginning.

Sanders died after a long illness.

\"We will miss him deeply and we are so grateful for his many contributions to Growing Power and to Economic development on MLK Drive and throughout Milwaukee, and teaching the many generations of students and all of us who worked with him,\" said Will Allen, Growing Power's founder.
