Greenfield School District: Someone was fraudulently enrolling students for football program

The Greenfield School District turned itself into the WIAA after the district says someone was fraudulently enrolling students at Greenfield High School so they could play on the football team this fall.

Once the district learned about it, they notified the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association.

We're told the person involved is no longer employed by the district.

Also, they say this was an isolated incident and do not believe any players with last year's team were fraudulently enrolled.
