KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Green Alert has been issued for a veteran at risk, missing from Kenosha.
Officials say 44-year-old Jose Luis Ramirez-Echevarria was last seen around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at Dayton Residential in Kenosha.
He left on foot headed towards Milwaukee.
Ramirez-Echevarria is described as a Hispanic male, 5'8", 260 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing camouflage pants.
