Grafton man arrested for drunken driving with child in the car

A 28 year-old Grafton man was arrested for drunken driving with a six year-old child in the vehicle on July 7 at 1:50 AM. 
Milwaukee County Sheriff’s deputies were called by Grafton police to the Froedtert Hospital emergency room for Wille O. Epps. 
Epps tested .12 on a PBT, and said he had one beer five hours earlier. 
Grafton police took him into custody after he admitted he was involved in a crash on I-43 northbound near Silver Spring Drive. 
He was arrested for DUI first with passenger under 16, and resisting officer, which together carry up to 11 months in jail. 
The child was turned over to her mother, and Ozaukee County protective services were notified of the incident.
