A quick turn to winter for this second weekend of November
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Governor-elect Tony Evers was in Milwaukee Tuesday morning, meeting with city leaders about his plans once he takes office.
Evers met with Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, Common Council President Ashanti Hamilton, and the full council.
Evers says his priorities are continuing to improve Milwaukee Public Schools, transportation, healthcare, and corrections reform.
Evers did not mention or take questions about the lame-duck session in Madison.
