MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The local housing market and the growing interest in condominiums were the focus of a chat with the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.
Tom McCormick, the 2026 chairperson of the GMAR Board of Directors, joined us Monday, March 16 to talk about February home sales and the number of listings currently available in the market.
McCormick also explained the differences between buying a condominium and a single-family home, including the potential advantages of condos as well as additional factors buyers should consider.
