Giannis Antetokounmpo named finalist for 2020 MVP

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Last Summer, Giannis Antetokounmpo asked Bucks fans, “please don’t’ call me MVP, until I do it again next year.”

The Greek Freak might have a way of speaking things into reality. On Saturday the Milwaukee superstar was named a 2020 NBA, MVP finalist, again. He joins Los Angeles Laker LeBron James and Houston Rocket, James Harden who are all in the running to receive one of the league’s highest honors.

This is the latest the MVP nominations have ever been announced due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A winner will be announced some time during the playoffs.
