Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Nyla
Whitefish Bay (CBS 58)--We have four weeks to go until July 4th, and really, the unofficial half way point of summer. So, are you as fit as you want to be? Today we learned four basic exercises, through the Jewish Community Center in Whitefish Bay, to help achieve your goal of getting a better body for summertime. Jumping jacks, push ups, squats, and half roll ups . The trick is to do them for three minutes each. Just this little bit, the experts say, can make all the difference in the world.
Pilates is also another type of full body exercise we got to try. More specifically, Reformer Pilates. It’s off the mat and on the machine. Your core muscles and abs are two groups worked hard.
