Germantown Police seek armed robbers

GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The GT Vapor store on Mequon Road in Germantown was robber Saturday afternoon when two suspects, one armed with a handgun, threatened an employee, took merchandise and fled.    Germantown Police spotted the suspects 2009-2014 Chevy Aveo and began a pursuit.     At one point during the pursuit, the police deployed stop-sticks and the suspects aimed their car towards an officer, almost striking him.   Fortunately, the officer was not injured.   The pursuit was eventually terminated due to high speeds and when officers lost sight of the vehicle.

The Germantown Police describe the suspects as white males,  one is  5’10” tall, medium build, wearing a dark backpack, black coat, mouton-style winter hat with the flaps down, white shoes, and blue jeans.    The second suspect is  6’03” tall with a  heavy build wearing a gray puffy vest, light gray hoodie, black pants, yellow shoes, dark gloves, dark mask over his face.

The Germantown Police believe the robbery may be related to other robberies in southeast Wisconsin.
