MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport gets a below average ranking according to J.D. Power's 2018 North America Airport Satisfaction Study.
Out of 21 airports in the "medium" airport category, General Mitchell landed in 18th place.
The study measures traveler satisfaction by looking at things like terminal facilities, baggage claim, food, and retail.
