Sandra Parks, 13, was inside her home near 13th and Hadley when she was hit by a stray bullet. Two men accused in the shooting appeared in court over the weekend.
Police say 26-year-old Isaac Barnes fired the fatal shot and 27-year-old Untrell Oden helped hide the gun.
A visitation will be held from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on November 30 at New Pitts Mortuary on Capitol Drive. Another visitation for Parks will be held at 10:00 a.m. on December 1 at Holy Redeemer on N. Mother Daniels Way in Milwaukee, followed by a funeral at the same location at 11:00 a.m.
