MVP Christian Yelich buys 10,000 tickets for fans to attend Brewers vs. Cardinals series
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Thanks to MPV Christian Yelich, fans scored FREE tickets to see the Milwaukee Brewers vs. St. Louis Cardinals series Sept. 20-23.
According to Brewers.com, with the team on the brink of punching their ticket to October, Christian Yelich planned something special for the best fans in baseball. As a thank you to the Brew Crew faithful, the MVP purchased 10,000 tickets for the Crew's upcoming series against the St. Louis Cardinals to give away to fans for FREE!
The free tickets were available beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15. Shortly after noon, the tickets were all sold out.
Fans who acted quickly redeemed up to four free tickets per game for the Monday (9/20), Tuesday (9/21), Wednesday (9/22), and/or Thursday (9/23) games vs. the Cardinals.
