February goes into the records warm and dry
MILWAUKEE, Wis (CBS 58) – Brewers fans all over Wisconsin came to George Webb restaurants to get a free burger on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
George Webb is expecting to give away 180,000 burgers. Before the giveaway started, hundreds of Brewers fans at all 23 George Webb locations stood in line.
“I’m just loving this. The burger is fun, but it’s all about winning and it’s all about the enthusiasm and just a lifelong dream. We’ve never won a world series. I’m ready to go,” said Barb McDonald, who waited in line outside of a George Webb Restaurant. “This is Wisconsin. We just love our teams. It’s finally the Brewers time to shine.”
