Free app helps parents track kids’ developmental milestones

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The CDC has released a new, free app so parents of young children can make sure their child’s development is on track.

The Milestone Tracker app offers checklists for children ages 2 months through 5 years with photos and videos as well as tips and activities to help kids learn and grow.

The app also helps parents be able to talk to their child’s doctor about any developmental concerns and set reminders for appointments and developmental screenings.

The app is available in the App Store for iOS devices and in the Google Play store for Android devices.
