Franklin neighbors surprise 92-year-old with birthday greetings, while practicing social distancing

FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Franklin man woke up to a sweet surprise on his 92nd birthday Monday, March 23. 

Neighbors came together to write birthday greetings for Clarence, while still practicing social distancing. 

Clarence had nearly two dozen notes taped inward to his front window and door. 

By the looks from the photos, Clarence was thrilled with the surprise.
