Francisco, Estrada avoid arbitration, sign with Brewers

Both Brewers infielder Juan Francisco and pitcher Marco Estrada avoided arbitration, signing one year deals with the club Friday.
Francisco's deal is worth $1.35 million and Estrada's is $3.325 million.
The deal was done right before the noon deadline for players eligible for arbitration.
