Foxconn announces hiring fairs at 5 Wisconsin cities

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Foxconn has announced a series of hiring fairs throughout Wisconsin, beginning with an all-day event in Mount Pleasant, to recruit candidates interested in a wide range of job positions with the company. The hiring fairs will provide members of the public the opportunity to meet with Foxconn to learn more about available jobs and schedule interviews with hiring managers on-site.

“Foxconn has seen a high level of interest at the veteran, college and public career fairs that we have been attending, and an influx of candidates who want to join our company and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technological projects,” said Dr. Alan Yeung, Foxconn Director of U.S. Strategic Initiatives.

Foxconn is currently recruiting in Wisconsin for several hundred positions that cover a variety of areas and skillsets in human resources, hardware, software and firmware engineering, finance and accounting, legal, business analysis, graphics and interior design, construction management, and sales and marketing.

The first of Foxconn’s hiring fairs will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on October 13 at 13315 Globe Drive, Mount Pleasant, followed by a series of other hiring fairs in Racine, Green Bay and Eau Claire – locations that are part of the talent and innovation network that Foxconn is establishing in Wisconsin.

Candidates interested in attending the hiring fairs and applying for Foxconn positions can pre-register and submit their resumes by clicking here. Only candidates who are shortlisted and assigned interview times will be invited to attend the events. Candidates who have already applied for available positions may be contacted by a Foxconn recruiter and scheduled for an interview appointment at one of the hiring fairs. Candidates who are not scheduled for an interview at the hiring fairs are still eligible for consideration for employment.

The list of hiring fairs that Foxconn is hosting is as follows:

October 13: Mount Pleasant

October 21: Racine
