Four arrested in Sheboygan heroin bust

SHEBOYGAN -- A long-term investigation by the Sheboygan County multi-jurisdictional group (MEG) led to the arrest of two suspected drug dealers and the seizure of over 60 grams of heroin.

David Peters of Sheboygan is facing several criminal charges related to the delivery of heroin, maintaining a trafficking place, and bail jumping. Law enforcement reports Peters did all this while living within 1000 feet of a school.

Both Robert Henschel and Frank Passa were arrested along with Peters. Henschel has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession drug paraphernalia. Passa was charged with possession of heroin.

Kyle Hansen was arrested three week before Peters. Law enforcement seized over 60 grams of heroin along with other controlled substances. Charges have been referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney's Office.
