Former Waukesha swim school employee pleads guilty in hidden camera case

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man accused of secretly recording people at a Waukesha swim school pleaded guilty to two counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent on Friday, June 11.

Investigators say Jacob Masbruch hid his cellphone in the Swimtastic employee changing room.

With a search warrant, they found four videos, with at least five victims.

Masbruch pleaded guilty to two counts Friday -- one including a victim younger than 18 years of age.

Three counts were dismissed.

He will be sentenced on Aug. 23.
