Former Badgers help Eagles win Super Bowl title

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (WISC) -- Former Badgers Corey Clement, Beau Allen and Chris Margos are now Super Bowl champions. The three helped the Philadelphia Eagles beat the New England Patriots, 41-33.

Clement played an instrumental role in the win, catching 4 passes from quarterback Nick Foles for 100 yards. He also scored one touchdown and was part of a trick play in the 2nd quarter.

Clement was an undrafted free agent coming out of Wisconsin last season and signed with the Eagles in May 2017. He played in his first game on September 10th and scored his first NFL touchdown against the New York Giants on September 24th.

On the other side, former Badgers running back James White scored one touchdown for the New England Patriots.
