WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A former assistant principal at Wauwatosa East High School has been charged for inappropriately touching students.
Three female students accused 51-year-old Robert Day of giving inappropriate hugs while in his office.
Day was put on administrative leave in October 2018 and resigned in December. He's facing two counts of disorderly conduct.
