Footage of Vehicle Involved in Fatal Hit and Run Released
Milwaukee Police are asking for the public to help locate a vehicle used in a fatal hit and run crash that happened on Sunday, November 6th, around 9:45 a.m. in the 6400 block of W. Leon Terrace. A 5-year old female child was struck by a vehicle in the street. The vehicle fled the area and the child died from her injuries. The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound after striking the victim.
The striking vehicle is a gray or silver 2002 to 2010 Porsche Cayenne SUV. The vehicle may have minor damage to the front passenger side bumper or grille area.
Anyone with information about the vehicle or suspect is asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department at 414-935-7360.
There will be a vigil today at 5:30pm at 65th and Hampton.
