Five Injured After Fire in Chicago's Hancock Building

(WBBM) - Five people were injured in a fire in the John Hancock Building Saturday afternoon, according to the Chicago Fire Department.

Flames could be seen coming out of the windows in the northeast corner of the 50th floor of the building at 175 East Delaware.

Five people were hospitalized, two in good condition and three in stable condition. The fire was in a residential unit, but did not leave the unit, Fire Media said.

The fire was accidental, according to investigators.
