First day of state fair has great weather

The first day of state fair couldn't have asked for a better weather. Lots of sunshine and thousands were at State Fair Park since 8:00 AM taking in the great festivities.
Boston is the musical act tonight at the main stage and tickets are still available!!
There are over 100 new food items for sale this year, a few of our favorites are the Churro Sundae and beer battered pretzel coated deep fried cheese curds a twist on a staple. And as always thousands of cream puffs will be sold each day with the fair selling about 400,000 each year.
